• We do not track your physical location or device location.
• We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or hardware serial numbers.
• We do not record usage analytics, feature usage statistics, or crash reports.

3. Complete Offline Operation

ChronoLog operates 100% offline. The application does not establish network connections, access cloud servers, or communicate with external services. You can use all features of the application seamlessly in airplane mode or in locations without cellular and Wi-Fi coverage.

4. Local Device Storage & Data Control

All information you enter into ChronoLog—including client profiles, billing rates, timers, session entries, notes, and calculated totals—is stored exclusively within your device's local storage.

You retain complete control over your data at all times. Because your data is stored locally, deleting the application or clearing the application data from your device settings will permanently remove your stored timesheets and records.

5. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

ChronoLog contains zero third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking pixels. We do not partner with data brokers or ad networks, ensuring your user experience remains private and ad-free.

6. Data Export & User Sharing

ChronoLog provides features that allow you to export your timesheets and session summaries. Any data export process is initiated manually by you. Exported data is generated locally on your device, allowing you to save or share your work summaries directly through your preferred tools.

7. Children's Privacy

Because ChronoLog does not collect any personal information from any user, it fully protects the privacy of all users, including children under 13 years of age.

8. Security of Your Information

Your data security relies on the built-in security features of your personal device, such as passcodes, biometric locks, and device encryption. We encourage you to keep your device operating system updated and secured to protect your local data.
